Job Description
Electroswitch is seeking an experienced Machine Shop Supervisor to lead and coordinate second-shift machining operations at our Rockland facility. This position is responsible for supervising employees, assigning and prioritizing work, supporting machine setups, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring the team meets safety, quality, and productivity expectations. The ideal candidate will have previous machine shop leadership experience, strong knowledge of manual machining, and a working understanding of CNC operations. Advanced CNC programming experience is not required, but the supervisor must be able to make basic CNC adjustments and assist employees with setup and machining issues.
