Summary: The University of South Carolina is seeking an experienced Salesforce/TargetX CRM Specialist to support and enhance its Salesforce and TargetX environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, TargetX, TargetX Communication Planner, and automated email/drip campaigns. Responsibilities include managing communication workflows, troubleshooting campaign issues, maintaining CRM data, and supporting the transition from Salesforce/TargetX to Slate CRM. This is a 100% onsite contract position in Columbia, South Carolina. Applicants must currently reside in South Carolina; relocation is not permitted.
