We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Handyman to support installation, repair, and maintenance work involving residential and commercial building components, including windows and doors (Milgard products and similar systems). This role involves hands-on installation, repair, and adjustment work to ensure proper fit, function, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Install, repair, and adjust windows and doors (including Milgard products and similar systems)
- Perform general handyman duties such as measuring, cutting, fitting, and assembly work
- Inspect windows and doors for damage, defects, or installation issues
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Perform caulking, sealing, weatherproofing, and minor finish work
- Follow installation specifications, blueprints, and safety guidelines
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work independently or as part of a crew depending on project needs
Qualifications:- Previous handyman, construction, or installation experience preferred
- Experience with windows and/or doors installation strongly preferred
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and accurately
- Strong measuring and basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
