Position Description:
Sales Representative - $20/hr + Commission
Summit Express is hiring a driven Sales Representative to grow revenue by converting inbound leads, following up with past guests, prospecting, and building relationships.
This is a true sales role for someone with prior sales experience, CRM discipline, comfort working with goals and metrics, and the drive to create new opportunities. You'll respond to inbound leads, call/text/email past guests, research decision-makers, follow up on open quotes, and help convert transportation needs into booked revenue.
We're looking for someone who is high-energy, organized, persuasive, coachable, and motivated by results. Strong phone, email, text, CRM, follow-up, and time management skills are required.
Compensation: $20/hr + commission plan (earn $25+/hr with unlimited potential earning)
Location: Silverthorne HQ, Avon office, or qualified Denver Metro home office
