Responsibilities: Experience with Windows 10 Expertise with Windows 11 Demonstrated experience with non-standard Software Installation Demonstrated experience loading computer images with SCCM and PowerShell scripts Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot network connectivity to ensure PC is online during build process Provide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fix Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions Troubleshoot network devices in order to ensure connectivity from the PC to the Network Strong technical and communication ability to explain to end-users about refresh processes, including ability to help configure and sync refreshed computer Flexibility to handle a variety of activities and changes Demonstrated ability to remain calm if activities do not go according to plan High organizational ability and detailed oriented Demonstrated ability to follow processes Demonstrated ability to document work, track tasks/installs, and perform QA activities Requirements: Role involves building computers using SCCM for base image and installing non-standard software after base image build. Ability to organize, troubleshoot, and work on 10-12 machines at a time.
