Assistant Property Manager Houston, TX 77079 $60K-$70K Position Summary The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in the day-to-day management, financial performance, and operations of commercial real estate properties. This position plays an active role in tenant relations, financial reporting, budgeting, lease administration, vendor management, building operations, and client service. The Assistant Property Manager works closely with Property Management, Engineering, Accounting, Leasing, vendors, and tenants to ensure properties are operated efficiently, financial objectives are achieved, and a high level of tenant and client service is maintained.
