Competeitve Compensation Hybrid schedule - 2 days on site Generous health Benefits 401K match High-visibility role with direct exposure to the CFO and executive leadership Great company tenure Real mentorship from experienced finance leadership Genuine career growth Collaborative, team-first culture with low turnover and zero politics Job Details What You'll Do: Own complex financial models, forecasting, annual budgets, and long-range strategic plans Analyze financial performance, profitability, margins, commissions, bonus structures, and pricing across the business Partner directly with the CFO, senior leadership, and executive stakeholders to deliver financial insights that drive strategic decisions Build and maintain KPI dashboards and analytics in Power BI to improve visibility into business performance Lead financial reporting and forecasting cycles while partnering closely with Accounting and cross-functional teams Analyze revenue performance including ASC 606 revenue recognition and deferred revenue Build scalable reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel/VBA Play a key role in migrating Excel-based processes into modern platforms, working side by side with consultants on system implementations and process modernization Support commission calculations and bonus modeling for clinical and operational teams What We're Looking For: 7-15 years of progressive corporate finance/FP&A experience Articulate, confident communicator - comfortable presenting to CFO and C-suite leadership independently Workday or similar FP&A system experience a plus Accounting background a bonus Local to Orange County - hybrid Tuesday and Thursday onsite in Irvine Interested in hearing more?
