Job Details Responsibilities include: + Pre-construction, Estimating & Value Engineering + Permitting + Bidding & Contracts + Construction Oversight & Delivery + Financial Controls & Closeout + Leadership Preferred background: + Leadership of construction or expansion for a retail or restaurant chain, OR at least ten years working directly for a real estate developer + Decade of hands-on construction management + Decade as a tradesman + Accurate cost estimating, sound value engineering, realistic scheduling, and fast problem-solving + Five years of recent experience working in California Interested in hearing more?
