Handle claims involving medical negligence, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs. Conduct depositions of medical professionals, fact witnesses, and expert witnesses. Review medical records, coordinate with experts, and develop litigation strategies.
