Great Benefits, Meaningful Work, and an Hourly Role with Overtime Opportunities Benefits & Perks: Medical plan options (HDHP and PPO) with HSA/FSA Dental and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Company paid long term disability and life insurance Voluntary life, AD&D, and short term disability options Paid time off and paid holidays Job Details What You'll Do: Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on CNC and fabrication equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues Troubleshoot production equipment to minimize downtime Maintain and repair CNC mills and lathes Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and machine improvements Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and maintenance documentation Document repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment performance Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve machine reliability Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements Preferred Equipment Experience: CNC Mills Metal fabrication machinery Fanuc-controlled equipment (strongly preferred) Qualifications: Required: Minimum 2 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC machinery Experience performing preventive maintenance in a manufacturing environment Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical equipment issues Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Highly Preferred: Experience working with Fanuc controls Knowledge of PLCs, sensors, drives, and industrial automation systems Computer proficiency for maintenance records and diagnostics Experience supporting precision machining operations Interested in hearing more?
