This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career accounting professional looking to build a strong foundation across general accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, revenue, and treasury functions while working closely with experienced accounting professionals. What You'll Be Doing Support the Senior Accountant with day-to-day accounting activities Prepare and record monthly revenue and other accounting transactions Assist with monthly financial statements, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual flux analyses Assist with daily treasury reporting, cash forecasting, and cash transactions Prepare and process various deposits and related accounting activity Collaborate with teams across the organization to gather information and ensure transactions are accurately recorded Maintain complete and accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP Gain exposure to the company's various business operations and legal entities What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting required 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred Strong and current understanding of GAAP CPA or actively working toward CPA preferred Oil & Gas experience is a plus, but not required Proficiency with Microsoft Office You'll Thrive Here If You're We're looking for someone who is: A strong verbal and written communicator Ambitious and interested in long-term career growth Organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities Analytical and detail-oriented A hands-on, collaborative team player Comfortable working with employees at all levels of an organization Able to maintain composure and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment Dependable, accountable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality Someone who takes ownership of their work and is motivated to learn If you're an early-career accountant looking for an opportunity to expand your experience and grow within a collaborative accounting environment, we'd love to connect!
