Client: Leading Entertainment Firm Title: Sports Coordinator CRM Operations Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 - Onsite Duration: 03 Months (Extension/Conversion will be based on performance) Pay Rate: ($32 - $35) on an hourly basis. Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday, with flexibility for evenings, nights, and select weekday events. Overview: Responsible for executing real-time and scheduled mobile push notifications and CRM campaigns for major live sporting events, including NFL, college football, UFC, UEFA, and PGA Tour. This role requires hands-on campaign execution, strong attention to detail, sports knowledge, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Required Skills: 1-3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or push notifications. Hands-on experience with Braze, Sales_force Marketing Cloud (SFMC), or a similar messaging platform. Experience executing mobile push notifications and CRM campaigns. Strong campaign QA, accuracy, and troubleshooting skills. Working knowledge of NFL/college football, UFC/combat sports, soccer, or golf. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Flexibility to work onsite, weekends, evenings, and live sporting events. Responsibilities: Execute real-time and scheduled push notifications for live sports events, scores, results, highlights, and reminders. Monitor live events and send timely, accurate notifications. Perform QA on message content, links, personalization, and delivery timing. Coordinate with editorial and content teams on content availability and messaging. Manage campaign calendars, templates, scheduling, and CRM operations. Track campaign performance, including click-through rates and opt-outs, and identify optimization opportunities. Troubleshoot sending issues and maintain campaign playbooks and procedures.
