We're looking for an Executive Assistant to work alongside our Owner-someone who owns the details and turns ideas and commitments into completed outcomes. What You'll Own
- Manage the Owner's calendar and email, protect his priorities, and learn to communicate on his behalf in his voice and tone.
- Prepare meetings, coordinate commitments, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Advance Owner-led projects, organizing details and driving follow-through.
- Coordinate relationships, events, and marketing activities, including content planning and gathering materials.
- Anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
Who We're Looking For You're exceptionally organized without being rigid, an excellent communicator, and someone who enjoys getting things done. You're discreet, adaptable, technologically confident, and committed to finishing what you start. You have the judgment to represent someone else thoughtfully, the confidence to challenge priorities respectfully, and the resourcefulness to turn obstacles into solutions. Senior executive support experience is preferred, but capability, character, and initiative matter more than a title. The Opportunity You'll work onsite, building trust with the Owner and earning greater independence over time. This full-time, hourly position is based on a typical 40-hour workweek, with occasional overtime as business needs require. Compensation ranges from $30-$45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Overtime compensation and benefits are additional.
