Foreman

Position: Foreman Location: Statesville, NC Company: HVAC Service Provider Description: This is an exciting direct hire opportunity with an organization focused on growth, safety, and employee development. The Foreman will lead field crews on commercial mechanical construction projects, with a focus on piping systems and equipment installations. Responsibilities include directing pipe fitters, laying out and installing piping, interpreting mechanical drawings, completing material takeoffs, coordinating labor and materials, and ensuring projects are completed safely and on schedule. The ideal candidate has mechanical construction experience, including AHU, boiler, and chiller replacements or new installations. Must be able to lead a small crew, communicate effectively with customers and team members, and maintain a strong commitment to job site safety and quality. Must hold a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel to job sites as needed. Requirements: -5+ years mechanical construction experience required -Performing own material takeoffs prior is required -Must be able to lay out, fit, and install piping systems on own -Experience planning labor and manpower schedules, coordinating staffing needs, and planning labor, materials required. -Field leadership/client facing experience is a plus -Sheet metal and rigging experience is a plus.
