A dairy consulting company is looking for a bilingual Dairy Technical Services Consultant to work closely with the company's Lead Consultants and dairy farm management teams. This role is execution-focused: implementing KPIs, supporting on-farm training, and performing detailed technical audits that directly impact performance and profitability. This is a boots on the ground position.
Qualifications:- Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken fluency required)- Strong working knowledge of dairy management, feeding systems, and cow behavior
- Experience with TMR management, feed efficiency, or herd performance metrics
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to train and coach
- Willingness to travel regularly to client farms
