Annual tool allowance Annual boot allowance Prescription safety glasses program Company-provided uniforms and laundry service Jacket program Training & development opportunities - continue building your mechanical skills What You'll Do: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel trucks and fleet equipment Perform preventative maintenance inspections and necessary repairs Rebuild and repair equipment components as needed Identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently to minimize downtime Follow company safety procedures, EPA regulations, and maintenance standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We're Looking For: Strong mechanical aptitude, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Preferred experience with diesel truck maintenance and repairs Lite/medium/heavy duty mechanical experience All automotive experience is considered Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Expect the Best and build your career with Marten Transport as a Diesel Mechanic! bonus paid in 2 increments
