This role will focus on fixed asset accounting, capital projects, month-end close, and compliance while working closely with experienced accounting leadership. Key Responsibilities: Manage fixed asset accounting, including additions, disposals, depreciation, and reconciliations Track construction-in-progress (CIP) and capital projects Support month-end close, including journal entries and GL reconciliations Prepare fixed asset schedules and assist with financial reporting Support audits, regulatory compliance, and internal controls Collaborate with Facilities, IT, and other cross-functional teams Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies Requirements: 3+ years of GL accounting experience Strong month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Preferred: 1+ years of fixed asset accounting experience Construction-in-progress / capital project accounting Healthcare or other regulated industry experience Infor/Lawson ERP, SAP, Oracle experience Interested in hearing more?
