Assisting a well-established, locally owned agronomy retailer in Central Nebraska in searching for an Ag Sales & Agronomy Advisor to join their growing team.
This is not a high-pressure, transactional sales position. Instead, our client is looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career by developing trusted relationships with area producers while becoming an integral member of a close-knit organization and the local community.

Qualifications:
- 2- or 4-year Agronomy or other Agriculture-related degree preferred
- Previous Ag Chem/Seed sales experience preferred
- Agricultural equipment sales or other customer-facing agricultural sales experience will also be considered
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude with a team-first mentality
- Performance-driven while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Ability to conduct productive farm-gate conversations with producers
- High integrity and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated while also thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Desire to build a long-term career and become involved in the local community
