About the Role

We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to support key accounting operations and serve as a primary contact for Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense activities. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to financial close processes, support system transformation initiatives including Oracle Fusion migration activities, and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple finance functions. The successful candidate will help ensure accurate financial reporting while delivering excellent support to employees and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense matters, coordinating with the shared services team and business stakeholders to resolve questions and issues.
• Assist employees and buyers with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice and payment inquiries, and vouchers placed on hold.
• Support employees with expense reports and corporate card matters, including policy questions, payment issues, and outstanding transactions.
• Review open purchase order and inactive supplier reports and follow up with the appropriate stakeholders.
• Prepare and post timely and accurate journal entries as part of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Perform detailed balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accounting policies.
• Assist in the migration to Oracle Fusion by reconciling legacy data, validating account mappings, testing financial transactions, and supporting month-end reporting transition activities.
• Support internal and external audit requests and participate in ad hoc analyses, reporting, and special projects.

Requirements

• BA degree in Accounting or Finance plus 1-2 years experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting accounting operations, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, and general accounting processes.
