Open Role: Relief Supervisor - Manage store operations to achieve maximum sales performance during scheduled shifts. Lead and train team members, ensure excellent customer service, oversee merchandising and store cleanliness, and maintain cash handling procedures. This hands-on leadership role requires the ability to delegate, follow up on tasks, and work effectively with a diverse team including individuals with developmental disabilities.
