Job Description
We are seeking experienced and motivated Maintenance Technicians to perform general building maintenance, repairs, and renovations across residential and commercial properties throughout the Philadelphia metropolitan area. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in multiple building trades and is committed to providing excellent service to residents while maintaining safe, functional properties. Responsibilities - Diagnose, assess, and repair issues involving plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, heating, air conditioning, appliances, tile, carpet, walls, and flooring. - Perform interior and exterior property maintenance and repairs. - Renovate units and prepare apartments for new residents. - Complete preventative maintenance and routine inspections. - Maintain accurate service records and documentation. - Respond to maintenance requests and ensure assignments are completed efficiently. - Provide professional customer service when working with residents and team members. - Assist with snow removal and other seasonal maintenance tasks. - Help protect property assets by maintaining safe and functional facilities. Qualifications - Previous experience in maintenance, building trades, or property management. - Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC repairs. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with a team. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to prioritize urgent requests in a fast-paced environment. - Valid driver's license. - Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials. - Comfortable working at heights and using ladders. - Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and work nontraditional hours as needed.
