Staff Accountant

Position Title: Staff Accountant Location: Milwaukee, WI Duration: 3 Month Contract Status: Onsite Employment Type: Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. Requirements / Who we are looking for: Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred 2-5 years of related work experience Attention to detail, and good planning, organization and ime management skills Strong oral and written communicarion skills Ability to organize and manage varying tasks Work effectively with interruptions Ability to work autonomously Understanding of fundamental accounting concepts Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information or issues Demonstrate ability to work in a team enviroment Willingness to assume additional or new responsabilities readily Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing: Complete month-end close tasks for multiple operating facilities to ensure accuracy Prepare journal entries and maintain proper supporting documentation Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts monthly, and follow up on open items Month end consolidated reporting (Vector) Assist with audit, and ad-hoc requestes Perks of working with US / What We offer: Competitive Salary.
