Our residential and day programs are built around individualized, person-centered care. We believe great behavioral support changes lives, and we're looking for a clinical leader who wants to be in the work, not watching it from a distance. If you want real influence over how care is delivered, and a leadership team that speaks your clinical language, we'd love to meet you. Why join us? Your boss speaks BCBA - You'll report to an executive leader who is a BCBA, so you get real clinical mentorship rather than having to explain the basics. True Director-level impact - You'll lead a team of 7-8 and shape behavioral programming, quality of care, and clinical operations across the organization. Ready to step up? We're open to it. Strong clinical supervisors and managers who are ready for their first Director title are encouraged to apply. Benefits from Day 1 - Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance start on your hire date. Dental, vision, and life insurance are fully employer-paid. We invest in your growth. You'll have access to a leadership development program, a clear career ladder, and tuition assistance. Oversee behavioral assessments, behavior support plans, and intervention strategies, and use data to drive program improvements. Step in hands-on during complex behavioral situations, and coach staff through crisis intervention. Ensure clinical documentation, consents, and behavior programming meet state regulatory standards. You'll also guide intake and discharge processes. Partner with residential, day program, and executive teams. You'll also join a periodic administrator-on-call rotation. Requirements Active BCBA (preferred) or LCSW in good standing. Master's degree in psychology, ABA, social work, or a related human services field. 5+ years of experience working with individuals with autism and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities. Strong ABA background, including building function-based behavior support plans and data-driven goals. Proven experience supervising clinical staff. OPWDD or residential/day hab experience is a plus, not a must. Interested in hearing more? Easy Apply now by clicking the "Quick Apply" button. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
