Responsibilities Develop, document and improve manufacturing processes for machining, welding and assembly of hydraulic cylinders Create and maintain routings, work instructions, PFMEAs and control plans Lead root cause analysis and corrective action on quality and production issues Support new product launches, tooling, fixtures and equipment justification Drive lean / continuous improvement projects to reduce scrap, cost and cycle time Partner with production, quality and design engineering on the floor Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering (or related) 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment Experience with CNC machining, welding and/or assembly processes Working knowledge of GD&T, PFMEA, root cause tools and lean manufacturing CAD experience (SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar) Hydraulics or heavy equipment manufacturing experience a strong plus Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 base, plus benefits Location: Schofield, WI (on-site) Interested in hearing more?
