Job Title: Business Process Consultant for CSM Duration: 6-month CTH (Remote) Pay Range: $85/hr - $90/hr Required Experience The successful candidate should have: 7+ years of business process consulting, functional consulting, business analysis, or comparable enterprise transformation experience. 5+ years of hands-on functional experience designing SNow solutions. Significant experience implementing or designing SNow Customer Service Management (CSM). Demonstrated experience with or strong functional knowledge of SNow Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM). Demonstrated experience designing customer/client onboarding processes using SNow CSM/TPSM or comparable SNow workflow capabilities. Understanding of how CSM/TPSM interacts with ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, ITOM, integrations, and the broader SNow platform. Experience translating business requirements into SNow functional designs and implementation-ready user stories.
