Supervising and coordinating all construction activities on commercial and industrial projects, ensuring all work is executed to the highest quality standards. 2. Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine project requirements. 3. Managing and coordinating subcontractor activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications. 4. Implementing and maintaining safety management protocols to ensure a safe and productive work environment. 5. Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. 6. Collaborating with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop construction plans and schedules. 7. Resolving any issues or delays that may impact project timelines or budgets. 8. Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with local and federal construction regulations and standards. Qualifications: To be considered for this exciting role, you must have: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent in the construction industry. 2. Proven experience in managing commercial and industrial construction projects. 3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. 4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and plans. 5. Excellent skills in quality control, safety management, and subcontractor management. 6. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 7.
