Description The Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) is seeking a qualified LIMS Administrator for a 12-month contract with the option to renew starting on March 01st 2027. Position Summary The LIMS Administrator III serves as the system owner for the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) Public Health Laboratory's (PHL) Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). The incumbent will partner with PHL personnel, IT personnel, and other supporting groups to maintain and improve Labware/Rees or/and Neometrix and any other LIMS in use by the PHL. The role will support the testing, functionality, upgrade, and validation efforts of new LIMS applications within the PHL environment. The LIMS Administrator will troubleshoot; and perform remedial actions while documenting resolutions consistent with the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA) standards to resolve problems with LIMS. The position will also assist in PHL reporting and implementation. They will assist in internal and external training development and delivery.
