Role: Mortgage Servicing Sales/Acquisitions Specialist Location: Des Moines, IA 50266 Duration: 12 months + Contract on W2 Must Have Experience: Home Mortgage Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP) Advanced Excel - VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables Desired skills: Mortgage servicing sales and/or acquisitions knowledge within Home Lending; working knowledge of Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP) Experience with data structure, formatting, mapping, translation, and conversion; effective verbal and written communication Strong sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability; project management experience, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and partnering to successfully complete initiatives; strong relationship-building and relationship-management skills Demonstrated success collaborating with internal and external partners and vendors Excellent analytical and problem-resolution skills Proven results developing, integrating, and achieving business goals and initiatives; and proficiency in Excel. Strengths include attention to details, adaptability, sound judgment, and capacity to manage priorities.
