An established dermatopathology laboratory in the Greater Phoenix area is seeking an experienced Histology Laboratory Operations Manager to lead its laboratory team.

Responsibilities:
Direct daily laboratory operations and Histology workflows.
Manage laboratory personnel and staffing.
Maintain quality, compliance, and operational standards.
Support laboratory efficiency and process improvements.
Collaborate with leadership on operational priorities.
Required Qualifications:
HT or HTL certification through ASCP.
Previous Histology laboratory management experience.
Strong understanding of histology laboratory operations.
Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
Master's degree preferred, but not required.
