Onsite (northside area) Contract to Hire Oxford Solutions is seeking an experienced Retail Banking Branch Manager for an onsite contract-to-hire opportunity with a financial services client. This role is well suited for a current Branch Manager or an experienced Assistant Branch Manager or banking operations professional ready to advance into branch leadership. Responsibilities Oversee daily branch operations, staffing, and customer service activities Lead, coach, and mentor branch employees Manage cash operations, branch balancing, and vault cash controls Prepare for audits and ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements Monitor operational risk and follow established loss-prevention procedures Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high standard of service Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional banking products and services Support branch performance, employee development, and operational goals Qualifications 3 to 5 years of retail banking experience Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, or in a financial operations leadership role Demonstrated ability to lead staff and manage branch operations independently Experience with cash controls, audits, compliance, and risk management Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to balance operational responsibilities with sales and relationship-building goals Retail Banking Branch Manager - 26-00882
