Providing front-line technical support, the full-time Accounting Software Support Analyst will assist clients with accounting functionality, banking workflows, and financial operations within the Cephai platform, while working in a hybrid or remote capacity. Key responsibilities Diagnose and resolve customer-reported accounting and payment issues, ensuring accurate and professional communication Utilize enterprise AI tools to enhance case resolution and document workflows effectively Create and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation, and provide training on accounting system functionality Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred 2+ years of software support experience, ideally in a SaaS or accounting software environment Solid understanding of core accounting principles and familiarity with banking terminology and payment processes Experience with CRM or support ticketing systems; Intercom experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrated ability to use enterprise AI tools
