Technical Program Lead

Owning the planning and delivery of complex blockchain programs, the full-time Technical Program Lead will engage deeply with engineering teams and external partners, ensuring end-to-end program execution and clear reporting in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end program delivery across cross-functional workstreams, from scoping to launch and retrospective Draft and scope technical Statements of Work for external software development, protocol integrations, and security audits Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve blockers and maintain alignment across engineering, research, and security Required qualifications Proven experience as a Senior or Technical Program Manager in blockchain, Web3, or a fast-paced technical environment Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical delivery processes Experience drafting and managing technical Statements of Work and vendor contracts Familiarity with security protocols related to digital asset management and experience coordinating security audits Strong risk management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
