Lead Full Stack Developer

Seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer for a full-time remote position who will provide technical leadership, drive the design and development of enterprise applications, and mentor team members while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale applications and services Architect and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services Mentor developers on technical skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field 8+ years of software development experience with proven technical leadership Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript Hands-on experience with AWS services and designing RESTful APIs Experience working within Agile, SDLC, CI/CD, and DevOps environments
