IT Software Asset Manager

Managing the full lifecycle of enterprise SaaS and AI software assets, the full-time IT Software Asset Manager will oversee procurement, licensing, optimization, and compliance for software platforms in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Administer and maintain software licensing across multiple enterprise platforms and vendors Run and analyze license utilization reports to identify underutilized or unused licenses Collaborate with IT, Security, Procurement, and Finance teams on software renewals and contract negotiations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management or IT Asset Management Deep knowledge of SaaS software licensing models and agreements Proven experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts Proficiency in identity governance/access management tools such as Okta
