Public Trust Software Developer

To support a large Healthcare program, the full-time Public Trust Software Developer will design and deliver solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform while collaborating with stakeholders and Agile teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Drive solution design and delivery across Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate Implement modern, AI-assisted development practices to enhance delivery and maintain strong engineering standards Lead technical discussions and guide implementation across the Power Platform while ensuring compliance with policies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant technical experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree Ability to obtain a Public Trust (Level 4) clearance Experience delivering complex solutions end-to-end in an Agile/Scrum environment Strong understanding of ALM practices for Power Platform and multi-environment delivery Proficiency in customization/integration using JavaScript, C#, or HTML/CSS
