In this role, you will leverage your expertise in game development to contribute to the training of next-generation AI systems. Your work will directly influence how AI models learn and perform by providing high-quality, real-world input. This position does not require prior experience in AI; your domain knowledge is the key asset.
Key Responsibilities: - Create realistic Cocos2d-x tasks, including sprite management, animations, physics, UI, and game logic.
- Write clear and structured prompts based on real development scenarios.
- Build evaluation rubrics to assess the quality of solutions.
- Execute and review tasks within a virtual environment.
- Provide feedback to enhance task quality and consistency.
Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience with Cocos2d-x and C++.
- Experience working on real game projects, preferably in 2D or mobile.
- Strong understanding of scene graph, action system, and asset management.
- Ability to break down problems into clear, structured tasks.
- Strong written communication skills.
Nice to Have: - Experience with Lua or JavaScript bindings in Cocos2d-x.
- Experience mentoring or reviewing code.
- Exposure to AI training or evaluation workflows.
Work Terms: This is a fully remote and flexible position, requiring approximately 20 hours per week.
Compensation: Hourly pay ranges from $50 to $120.
