Senior Software Architect (Remote) — Lead Architecture & Systems

Pearson is seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Architect to join remotely, responsible for owning major areas of the codebase and driving architectural decisions across a large engineering org. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in software development, expertise in Ruby on Rails, React, AWS, and PostgreSQL, and a strong background in mentoring.

This position offers a salary range of $150,000 to $180,000 and eligibility for an annual incentive program.
