We are seeking a Solutions Architect to play a critical role in an enterprise-wide ERP and HCM transformation, migrating from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion. You will serve as a subject matter expert, translating business requirements into integrated system designs and guiding large-scale initiatives to deliver secure, compliant, and future‑ready solutions.
Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP transformation projects, specifically with migration to Oracle Fusion from PeopleSoft. Experience with PeopleSoft is required. Preference for ERP experience over HCM, as finance systems involve more complex data exchange.
Technical Skills: Experience with a broad stack of integration technologies such as Mulesoft and PL/SQL is required. OIC is good to have but is not the sole focus.
