Lead end-to-end execution of multi-site engineering projects ranging from 6 months to 2 years in duration
Manage cross-functional global teams including Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software, Product Validation, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality
Drive product and manufacturing process design activities through all phases of development and commercialization
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations
Track and report project progress through structured status updates and performance metrics
Ensure alignment across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality functions for successful project delivery
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
Ensure adherence to design controls, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards
Coordinate new product introduction (NPI) activities from design through production ramp-up
Serve as the key communication link between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring clarity on requirements and deliverables
Drive accountability across teams to meet defined cost, schedule, and technical objectives
Facilitate decision-making and resolve cross-functional conflicts to maintain project momentum
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong experience managing complex engineering or product development projects
Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional technical teams
Solid understanding of electromechanical systems, embedded software, and manufacturing processes
Experience with product development lifecycle and NPI processes
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning skills
Knowledge of quality systems, design controls, and regulatory compliance in product development
Proficiency in project management tools and reporting methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in medical device or highly regulated product development environments
Familiarity with supply chain coordination and manufacturing scale-up activities
Certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred but not mandatory
Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams
