Business Systems Analyst I

Supporting the implementation and maintenance of business processes, the full-time Business Systems Analyst I will gather and organize business data, assist in testing and quality assurance, and develop training materials for system adoption in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Assist in executing testing and quality assurance needs for the enterprise business suite and document outcomes Provide production support and resolution assistance for process issues while adhering to change control methods Develop user guides and training materials to support system adoption and improve customer satisfaction Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience 0+ years of experience in a related job discipline Experience developing training materials or user documentation to support business processes Familiarity with instructional design principles or adult learning concepts Exposure to enterprise systems such as HRIS or ERP tools
