Senior Software Engineering Manager

Leading high-impact teams in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Software Engineering Manager will guide the design and delivery of scalable systems, foster a winning culture, and drive technical excellence while coaching and developing engineering talent. Key responsibilities Build high-performing teams by establishing outcome-driven development plans and creating growth opportunities for engineers and managers Drive technical excellence by guiding teams in the design and operation of scalable systems, participating in architecture discussions, and navigating complex trade-offs Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver cohesive solutions while maintaining clear communication with senior leadership Required qualifications 7+ years of leadership experience managing software engineering teams with a track record of delivering high-impact initiatives Strong background in designing and operating complex, distributed systems, with proficiency in C# or Java Experience in aligning stakeholders and coordinating work across multiple teams and domains Familiarity with modern engineering practices such as Git, CI/CD, and automated testing Exposure to AI-enabled systems or a strong interest in building intelligent platforms
