Certified Business Intelligence Analyst

Leading data analytics initiatives, the full-time Lead Business Intelligence Analyst will implement and maintain business intelligence applications, support performance measures, and engage in data exploration exercises, working remotely from Maryland, Virginia, Washington, DC, Pennsylvania, Delaware, or Florida. Key responsibilities Oversee data analytics and reporting, ensuring effective use of business intelligence applications for decision-making Identify and resolve technical issues while collaborating with analytic and engineering teams Provide leadership and expertise in data governance and business intelligence tools Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Healthcare, or equivalent; Master's Degree preferred Minimum 8+ years of related experience in healthcare, including at least 4 years in data analytics EDW internal certification required within 6 months of employment Certification such as Certified Analytics Professional, project management, or in a data analytic tool like Tableau or Epic is required
