Utah Licensed Application Analyst

Supporting healthcare applications in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Utah Licensed Application Analyst will manage technical support, configuration, and maintenance of various systems while collaborating with stakeholders and vendors. Key responsibilities Provide technical support and maintenance for healthcare applications throughout their lifecycle Analyze and diagnose problems to determine resolutions, while documenting and recommending workflow changes Manage small projects related to applications and technologies, ensuring adherence to documentation and change management standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or a related field preferred Two years of work experience in a related area, or actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with four years of relevant experience Experience with Epic applications and a commitment to maintain certification Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Visio, and Project Knowledge of system analysis and operating systems
