Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Financial Solution Design: Craft tailor‑made SAP solutions that align with clients’ financial objectives and industry best practices, streamlining workflows, reducing costs, and maximizing efficiency.
- Implementation Leadership: Lead end‑to‑end SAP implementations, guiding clients through requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Business Process Analysis and Optimization: Analyze existing finance processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP capabilities, driving operational excellence and financial performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with finance executives, business users, and IT teams, translating requirements into actionable plans.
- Continuous Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and SAP innovations, identifying opportunities for system enhancements and driving innovation initiatives.
- Training and Mentorship: Design and deliver training programs for end‑users and junior consultants, providing hands‑on mentorship and fostering continuous development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Application Consultant specializing in Finance, with expertise in SAP Finance modules (FI‑GL, FI‑AP, FI‑AR, FI‑AA, CO‑OM, CO‑PA, CO‑PC) and S/4HANA Finance.
- Proven experience in multiple full‑cycle SAP FICO implementations and familiarity with implementation methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, including financial accounting, management accounting, treasury, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- In‑depth knowledge of integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
