Application Architect

Providing technical direction and oversight across scrum teams, the full-time Application Architect will collaborate with Platform Architects to identify innovative solutions, mentor teams, and ensure the delivery of secure and scalable software while working remotely. Key responsibilities Sets technical direction for scrum teams and provides proactive oversight to ensure solutions are efficient and stable Establishes standards and templates for high-quality software delivery, while mentoring and coaching technical staff Researches and evaluates new technologies, including AI-assisted tools, to promote innovation and align with security and governance standards Required qualifications Minimum 8 years of Software Engineering experience, including at least 2 years in an Architect role Expert-level proficiency in the .NET ecosystem and strong knowledge of JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices Demonstrated proficiency with AI-assisted engineering tools and practices Practical experience designing microservices architectures and event-driven systems
