Healthcare Systems Analyst

To support the administration and maintenance of Workday and UKG Pro Workforce Management, the full-time salaried Healthcare Systems Analyst will manage day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements while working remotely for candidates residing in Washington State. Key responsibilities Support Business Process configuration, including workflow updates and data integrity validation in Workday Assist in timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll functions within UKG Pro WFM, ensuring accurate data flow Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and support system testing and integration monitoring across both platforms Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered At least 2 years of clinical, business, or technology experience required 1 year of experience supporting IS Applications and managing technical projects required 1 year of previous work experience in an acute care hospital strongly preferred Specific experience with hospital administrative, clinical, and financial systems is strongly preferred
