Epic Application Analyst II

Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance business processes, the full-time Epic Application Analyst II will align technology solutions with business strategies, serve as a technical liaison, and support customers in defining business processes while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide support to customers in defining business processes and identifying enabling technologies Consult with technical experts to develop alternative solutions and advise on options, risks, and impacts Document project plans and coordinate resources for successful implementation and delivery Required qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred At least 2 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience with IT Strong technical knowledge and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively Understanding of project management concepts in a cross-functional environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
