Senior Integration Architect

What You Will Do

• Design complex enterprise‑level integrations and automations using Adobe Workfront Fusion to connect Workfront Workflow with systems such as Workfront Proof, Workfront Planning, AEM Sites & Assets, Salesforce, SAP, Workday, JIRA, and others.
• Develop scalable system architectures to solve technical problems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation aligned with client business objectives.
• Configure and implement Workfront Fusion, creating robust integrations and automations for project management, marketing, content delivery, and third‑party SaaS solutions.
• Lead high‑level consulting sessions to translate business needs into integration architectures, fostering client confidence through technical expertise.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on integration strategies to optimize content supply chains and drive digital transformation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, identify critical components of their content supply chain, and address technical challenges with tailored solutions.
• Support testing and deployment, ensuring data integrity, functionality, and readiness for go‑live deployments.
• Enhance content supply‑chain processes by integrating with AEM and GenAI tools to drive efficiency in PLM and ALM workflows.
• Work cross‑functionally with technical, creative, and customer‑success teams to ensure integrations align with platforms and incorporate client feedback for continuous improvement.

Who You Are

• Experience designing and implementing integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic recommendations aligned with client business objectives.
• Consulting experience in SaaS or content supply‑chain environments is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of web service APIs, webhooks, and integration frameworks (OAuth/HTTP basic auth/API keys, REST/SOAP, XML/JSON/PDF/CSV).
• Strong experience connecting Workfront to Workfront Proof, Workfront Planning, AEM, and other SaaS solutions (Salesforce, Workday, JIRA).
• Knowledge of Workfront’s architecture and capabilities, including work automations, Workfront Proof, and AEM integration.
• Understanding of content supply‑chain workflows and application of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Agile).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, leading requirements gathering, facilitating workshops, delivering training, and presenting solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to create clear documentation and technical specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field is a plus.
• Adobe Workfront Fusion certification required; Adobe Workfront certification highly preferred.

Travel

This position may require approximately 10‑20% travel.

Hybrid Working Model

Employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days a week. We expect team members to spend three days in person, with the freedom to choose the days and times that best suit their project and teams.
