Your onboarding process
During the first weeks, we will provide you with both technical expertise and methodological skills, enabling you to develop into a SAP Security Consultant. Through intensive training sessions, you will acquire the necessary fundamental knowledge in SAP Security and project management.

You will then accompany our experienced consultants to national and international clients, both remotely and occasionally on-site, supporting them in their projects. This will allow you to gain initial practical experience, gradually take on your own responsibilities, and benefit from the extensive expertise of your colleagues.

Junior SAP Security Consultant

Your Responsibilities

• You can expect exciting tasks in the SAP Security environment. We will jointly define your focus area and responsibilities based on your strengths and interests.
• You will work with specific SAP Security modules, become familiar with our products (e.g., XAMS), and learn about new technologies.
• You will receive SAP training through intensive courses as well as from colleagues later on via training‑on‑the‑job.
• You will actively contribute to interesting and innovative SAP projects and, over time, take responsibility for your own client projects.

Here are the qualifications we’re looking for

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable field, or have completed equivalent vocational training (e.g., IT specialist (m/f/d)) with initial professional experience.
• We are pleased if you have already gained some practical experience (internships, working student positions) and possess a good professional and IT technical understanding through your studies, degree, or training.
• We value your enthusiasm for innovative SAP topics and your desire to build your expertise in this field over the long term.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are desirable, as well as good German and English language skills, which will enable you to seamlessly contribute to our international team.
