Software Reliability Engineer

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Software Reliability Engineer will investigate, diagnose, and resolve operational software issues impacting Warehouse Management Software (WMS), ensuring seamless performance across both automated and manual facilities. Key responsibilities Monitor and respond to operational issues affecting WMS functions, analyzing system logs and error reports for quick resolution Debug application code and collaborate with QA and development teams to identify and fix bugs or performance bottlenecks Utilize monitoring tools to proactively set up alerts for failure patterns and improve system observability Required qualifications Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar operational software Proficiency in debugging application code and workflows Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog or equivalent Knowledge of SQL for developing scripts or queries related to system diagnostics Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
